1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the 7adc platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and its users ("User", "you"). By completing registration on 7adc or using any service on the platform, you acknowledge that you fully agree to these Terms.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest effective version will always be published on this page. The date of each update will be noted at the top.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

3 Account Verification

7adc follows an account verification ("KYC" — Know Your Customer) process to ensure a safe and transparent environment. Identity verification may be mandatory before processing withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount.

Documents required for verification may include:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions.
• A utility bill or other official document for address verification.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The approved methods for depositing funds on the 7adc platform are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

7adc offers new users a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, the applicable conditions must be met at the time of the first deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means funds earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after wagering an amount equal to 10 times the bonus.

• Wagering must be completed within a specified period from the date the bonus is received.
• Certain games may not count toward bonus wagering.
• Any breach of promotional terms may result in the cancellation of the bonus and related winnings.
• Using multiple bonuses at the same time is prohibited unless separately permitted.

5.3 VIP Program

The 7adc VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback and special benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

You can progress to higher tiers based on consistent activity and engagement with the platform. 7adc reserves the right to modify or cancel VIP benefits at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All gaming activities on the 7adc platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game results are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG).

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 7adc reserves the right to void any round if an unusual result occurs due to a technical error.
• If a game service is interrupted, the funds of active bets may be returned to your balance.
• A history of all gaming transactions is stored in your account.
• Separate rules may apply to specific games and will be noted on the relevant game page.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7adc platform. Involvement in such activities may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Multiple registrations for the purpose of improperly obtaining bonus benefits.
• Any form of fraud, hacking, use of bots or automated software.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Attempting to manipulate game results.
• Exploiting system errors or vulnerabilities.
• Operating an account with the intent to harm other users.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

7adc reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms.
• If fraud or unusual transactions are suspected.
• If the user does not cooperate with the verification process.
• As required to comply with applicable laws or regulations.

Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time through the support team. An opportunity to withdraw any applicable balance will be provided before account closure, though this does not apply in cases of prohibited activity.

9 Limitation of Liability
